With PC player finally happy to have a crack at developer Team Ninja's Souls-like samurai sequel, PlayStation 4 players are still waiting on some outstanding DLC. The publisher recently announced a Nioh 2 Remaster and Complete Edition package for 2021, alongside confirmation of the long awaited PC port. This includes haptic feedback on the controller.Nioh 2 has finally returned to the spotlight following a big information blowout by Koei Tecmo. The preview from Japanese publications Gamer and Gamespark confirm PS5 DualSense support with adaptive trigger support for The Nioh Collection on PS5. Previews also mention faster load times thanks to the PS5 SSD. Nioh 2 on PS5 also has better textures on models. The “120fps mode” drops the resolution down to 1080p with a 120fps output on supported displays. This outputs at 1080 60fps with multiple visual improvements as detailed on Gamespark. When the collection was announced, Team Ninja said there are no details for a physical release outside Japan.

With the Nioh Collection PS5 release coming up, there was no information about the contents of the physical release or even an official confirmation for it from Sony. Nioh 2 Complete Edition comes to PC via Steam on the same day.
